We enable your best to power our future.\n We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Member of Technical Staff with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in systems-level programming, cloud infrastructure, and database technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in C/C++ development on Windows platforms, a strong understanding of operating system internals, and proven experience building high-performance, multithreaded applications. You will work on software that demands reliability, efficiency, and scalability\n Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using C and Modern C++ (C++11/14/17/20).\n\nArchitect and implement multithreaded, concurrent, and asynchronous solutions for compute-intensive workloads.\n\nDebug complex system-level issues involving memory management, thread synchronization, deadlocks, race conditions, and performance bottlenecks.\n\nLeverage deep knowledge of Windows Internals (kernel objects, process/thread management, memory architecture, I/O subsystem, registry, services, security model) to build robust system software.\n\nDesign and optimize SQL databases (schema design, query optimization, indexing strategies, stored procedures, and transaction management).\n\nBuild, deploy, and manage applications on AWS Cloud infrastructure using services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS etc.\n\nImplement CI/CD pipelines and participate in DevOps practices for automated build, test, and deployment workflows.\n\nWrite clean, maintainable, well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.\n\nConduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, QA, and operations.\n\nRequired Technical Skills\nCore Programming\nProficient in C/C++ and Modern C++ (C++11/14/17)\n\nStrong expertise in multithreading and concurrency\n\nWindows Platform\nSolid understanding of Windows Internals - processes, threads, memory management, kernel objects, handles, DLLs, COM\n\nExperience with Win32 API, Windows Services, and debugging tools (WinDbg, Process Monitor)\n\nCloud (AWS)\nHands-on experience with AWS services - EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS\n\nDatabase\nStrong SQL skills - query optimization, schema design, indexing, stored procedures\n\n Git, CMake/MSBuild, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions)\n\nNetworking fundamentals (TCP/IP, REST APIs, WebSockets)\n\nUnit testing frameworks and scripting\n\nPlease be aware that job-seekers may be at risk of targeting by scammers seeking personal data or money.
