We enable your best to power our future.\n Overall objective\nThe Senior Process Improvement Professional will be a key driver in transforming our operational capabilities. This role is responsible for leading, implementing, and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. The ideal candidate will use proven methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPM) to identify and execute initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, improve quality, and elevate the customer experience.\nResponsibilities\nLead and manage a portfolio of high-impact process improvement projects (e.g., DMAIC, Kaizen events) from inception to completion, ensuring sustainable results.\n\nServe as the internal subject matter expert for process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping).\n\nDevelop and deliver training and coaching to team members across the organization on process excellence tools and principles.\n\nConduct deep-dive process analysis, root cause analysis, and performance metric tracking.\n\nIdentify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for automation or standardization.\n\nEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and financial impact of improvement initiatives.\n\nChampion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.\n\nPartner with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, IT, Finance) to ensure successful deployment and adoption of new processes.\n\n Experience\n8-10 years of experience in Process Improvement, Business Transformation, or Operations Consulting.\n\nProven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional improvement projects.\n\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt (GB) certification is a must. Black Belt certification will be an added advantage\n\nExpert proficiency in process mapping, process analysis and statistical analysis tools\n\nExperience in designing KPIs, risk/time/scope management, stakeholder engagement\n\nSkills and Competencies\nExcellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels and convey complex ideas clearly.\nProblem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions to ensure smooth transitions.\n\nAdaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and navigate through ambiguity while maintaining focus on key objectives.\n\nProject Management: Proficient in project management methodologies with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively\n\nCollaboration: Proven track record of working collaboratively across departments and geographies to achieve common goals.\n\n Please be aware that job-seekers may be at risk of targeting by scammers seeking personal data or money.
