We enable your best to power our future\n As a Full Stack QA Engineer supporting our Media Planning tools, you will act as a key quality enabler across the software development lifecycle.\nYou will focus on early risk identification, establish test strategies, identify testing gaps, advise on best practices and testing tools, and perform manual and automated testing.\nYou will join our office in Bangalore, working as part of a team distributed across India and Europe\n Main responsibilities:\nEnsure the quality and usability of our Media Planning products by collaborating with Product and Engineering.\nCollaborate with Product Owners and Developers to understand business requirements and translate them into risk based test plans, acceptance criteria and test cases.\nHighlight quality risks, edge cases, and cross-feature scenarios early during backlog grooming sessions.\nAssess required testing scopes, identify gaps in coverage, and advise Engineering on test design of automated tests, manual testing, and validation.\nAct as an expert and advisor on testing tools, methodologies, and testing framework architecture for the team.\nExecute testing, providing continuous feedback to Product and Engineering to inform release decisions. \nContinuously update test coverage and test suites based on QA findings and customer feedback. \nParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation frameworks.\n Key skills:\nBachelor of Technology or equivalent.\nOver 5 years of experience with full stack testing across UI and API layers in an Agile / XP environment. ISTQB / SAFe certification is a plus.\nStrong ability to analyze complex functional requirements, identify missing test scenarios, and define risk-based test plans.\nProven track record of advising engineering teams on effective testing tools, frameworks, and automation practices.\nFamiliarity with continuous integration pipelines, automated deployment flows and feature flag or controlled rollout mechanisms.\nFamiliarity or strong interest in AI/LLM evaluation testing.\nKnowledge of E2E QA tools like Cypress and Playwright and performance tools like K6.\nGood Python scripting skills.
