Remuneration decisions are made using gender-neutral and objective criteria.\nKey Responsibilities\nExecute Stat Ops processes and support associated project work for the assigned market.\nDevelop expertise in internal sample data tools, systems, and operational platforms.\nPartner closely with local Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of processes in line with established playbooks and operational standards.\nMonitor and analyze data quality indicators, identifying unusual patterns, discrepancies, or deviations throughout the data collection and processing lifecycle.\nPerform data quality reviews and investigations to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.\nInvestigate and resolve data-related queries raised by Client Operations or internal Data Operations teams.\nCollaborate with Project Managers, Data Science, and cross-functional stakeholders to support operational initiatives and continuous improvement projects.\nContribute to process harmonization and adoption of best practices across markets.\nDocument findings, process updates, and recommendations to support operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.\nSupport initiatives aimed at improving data quality, process effectiveness, and overall operational performance.\nQualifications & Requirements\nEssential\nBachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related technical field.\nCandidates in the final year of a relevant bachelor's degree may also be considered, particularly those with relevant internship or practical experience.\nExperience handling, manipulating, and analyzing data.\nWorking knowledge of SQL and database structures.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.\nAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.\nAbility to document work clearly and manage priorities effectively.\nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.\nFluent English and fluent Spanish or Portuguese.\nBased in Madrid.\nPreferred\nMaster's degree in a relevant discipline.\nExperience with Python and/or R.\nExperience executing research or analytics projects and translating findings into operational or business solutions.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.\nStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to balance technical, operational, and business perspectives when solving problems.\n Our Benefits\nFlexible working environment\nVolunteer time off\nLinkedIn Learning\nEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)\nNIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
