Consumer Technology 事業部は国内の大手家電メーカーに向けた市場データサービスというGfKの中核ビジネスを担っています。既存ビジネスの強化はもちろんのこと、今後の成長に向けた施策を進めています。特にAIを使った新たなMarket Intelligence Platform である gfknewron や様々な調査の提案、提供により、クライアントのスピーディなビジネス課題の解決、および経営判断をサポートすることが期待されています。今回、重要クライアントとの関係を強化し、ビジネスパートナーと してさらなる信頼を獲得するため、チーム体制を強化することになりました。私たちの仲間としてご活躍頂ける方を募集しています。

主要な業務内容

• 部門戦略にそって、クライアントとの関係強化および目標標達成に向けて活動する。チームメンバーと連携をとって効果的 かつ効率的に業務を遂行する
• クライアント課題をヒアリングし、課題解決に向けたコンサルティング提案を行う
• 市場での動きを注視し、新規クライアントの発掘、及び開拓を行う
• 国内家電製品の販売データサービスを国内・外資系クライアント（主に家電メーカー）に紹介し、契約締結を行う
• 既存クライアントに対しては、上層部との関係構築や、新規部署への窓口拡大を通して新規・追加サービスの企画提案を行う
• 海外GfKグループ会社と連携を行い、日本のクライアント状況（契約、提案内容など）についてコミュニケーションを行う
• B2Bでの企画提案営業の経験・折衝経験があること。（6年以上）
• 価格改定、契約更新、条件変更に関する商談・交渉経験
• 高いコミュニケーション能力（役員レベルとのコミュニケーションあり）
• 数字やデータ分析が得意または興味があること
• パワーポイントを使った対外的なプレゼンテーション能力があること
• 海外を含む社内ステークホルダーとの会議参加、メール対応、資料作成が可能なレベルの英語力 (顧客折衝レベルやネイティブレベルまでは求めない)
• 家電市場に関する業界知見、マーケティング業務の経験
