You will lead and support projects focused on data quality, process optimization, and operational excellence while collaborating with local, regional, and global stakeholders across Output, Content, Statistical Operations, and Technology teams.\nA key focus of this role is driving AI and ML -enabled process transformation by identifying opportunities to embed innovative technologies into operational workflows. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design, test, implement, and scale solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, and business outcomes, while supporting stakeholder adoption and helping teams embrace new ways of working in an AI-driven environment.\nResponsibilities\nLead AI and ML-driven initiatives to enhance data quality, automation, and operational efficiency.\nDesign and implement solutions that optimize SIRVAL/GRFE processes and related platforms.\nPartner with Global Operations and Technology teams to deliver scalable business improvements.\nCoordinate UAT, deployment, and adoption of new tools, processes, and capabilities.\nMonitor performance and quality KPIs to ensure data accuracy and operational excellence.\nIdentify opportunities for process optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement.\nAnalyze and resolve data, system, and operational issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.\nServe as a key liaison between business, operations, and technology stakeholders.\nMaintain process documentation, governance standards, and quality controls.\nProvide technical and functional expertise for platform enhancements and global implementations.\nDrive stakeholder communication, training, and change management initiatives.\nFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence across global teams.\nABOUT YOU\nYou combine operational understanding and technical curiosity with the ability to influence and bring people together across global teams. You are motivated by applying AI and ML to real operational challenges and can translate technical possibilities into clear business value and practical process changes.
