If you thrive in high-energy environments and if you love the idea of working across every business function, you would be a great fit for our team!\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nDrive the end-to-end execution of program deliverables and tracking of program health\nDefine and track program milestones, timelines, and deployment plans\nShould have worked in Enterprise Safe environment. \nShould have very clear understanding of SAFE process. \nManage program scope (demand intake, documentation, change control, communication)\nAct as the face of the program and communicate progress to upper management and stakeholders\nAct as liaison for all facets of the program and pull people together to make decisions (Product, Operations, Technology, Internal Functions, Commercial, Data Science, Client Deployment, Marketing, Sales) throughout the project\nFacilitate cross-team prioritization between Stakeholders and Technology teams in order to create release plans and continue to manage throughout the program lifecycle\nEnsure business objectives are clearly defined and that the program meets them\nAdhere to standard program management processes, best practices, and tools to the organization, including architecture, cybersecurity, and quality\nFacilitate conversations to ensure Cross Functional Team Dependencies are tracked, identifying gaps, and mitigating or escalating risks\nTrack and communicate program objectives and progress (Program Status, Initiative level Jira Boards, and Project Plans)\nTrack and ensure prompt resolution of issues\nExecute production readiness (Sign-offs & Documentation)\nCommunicate agile team metrics & drive compliance\nExecute production and commercial readiness (Sign-offs, Documentation and Rollout Plans and Execution)\nTrack and report on program financials, including resource planning\n 10+ years in program and project management or similar role running large projects in operations, technology or engineering\nPractical experience with agile techniques and methodologies\nSuperior communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation written, email)\nProven ability to influence & gain buy-in at multiple levels, across divisions, functions and cultures\nComfortable working with senior-level management and virtual teams\nAbility to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously; highly motivated and able to work against aggressive schedules\nStrong bias toward action, flexible, resourceful, and able to operate effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment\nYou are the glue of a happy, high-performing, cross-functional team\nPositive attitude, team player, self-starter; takes initiative, ability to work independently\nExperience configuring and using Jira or similar project tracking software\nBachelor's / Masters degree in Engineering, business, computer science, or related field\nScrum Alliance certifications (i.e. CSM, CSPO, etc.) preferred\n Our Benefits\nFlexible working environment\nVolunteer time off\nLinkedIn Learning\nEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)\nNIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
