Financial & Resource Oversight\nDevelop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.\nDrive cost optimization and efficiency initiatives.\nOversee resource planning, allocation, and utilization across programs.\n5. Risk & Issue Management\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks and issues.\nMaintain RAID logs and ensure timely resolution/escalation.\nImplement mitigation and contingency strategies.\n6. Strategic Planning\nTranslate business strategy into program roadmaps and execution plans.\nIdentify dependencies and ensure cross-functional alignment.\nLead transformation, transition, and change management initiatives.\n7. People Management & Capability Building\nLead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and PMO resources.\nDrive performance management, coaching, and succession planning.\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\n8.
