We are looking for an associate who has an interest in pursuing a career in the market research industry is interested in innovation and work in a fun and energetic team. The role as a Project Management Executive will support our accelerated business growth in the EGL Region and will be situated in our Cairo Egypt office.\nAt NielsenIQ we put our clients at the center of what we do we work hard and everyone contributes to a team environment of learning and fun. As a Project Management Executive you will be supporting study and questionnaire set up and working closely with other internal teams to ensure smooth and quality project execution from survey programming through the delivery of data.\nResponsibilities\nResponsible for coordinating projects and executing standard research studies.\nAccurately transferring client confirmed inputs into internal questionnaire authoring platforms ready for programming teams use.\nComplete quality checks on research materials including questionnaire and survey links to ensure they are error-free when sent to respondents.\nManage & update documents and materials across platforms\nLiaise with other client success team members programming and vendors to ensure the progress of the project is well communicated and monitored to minimize disruption of delays\nManage the sampling and quota requirements on the survey/router platform\nAdhere to strict timelines and proactively anticipate troubleshoot overcome and/or escalate\nA little about you \nOur Project Management Executive manage the consistent delivery of utmost quality Data to our Analysts and are considered to be experts in project execution. The successful candidate will possess the following skills: \nExcellent English language skills - including oral and written communication \nAttention to detail \nOpenness and flexibility to change \nBe curious and open-minded: Keen interest to learn and adapt new technology and platforms\nCritical thinking & problem-solving skills \nOrganizational and time-management skills - the ability to multitask \nExcellent interpersonal skills \nInterest in marketing (particularly consumer product marketing) and research\nFlexible working hours (within reason) to help coordinate with other regions\nproject challenges to ensure projects meet client requirements and are completed on time\nQualification\nCandidate must possess at least a University degree in any field\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g. Excel (pivot table vlookup) and PowerPoint\nExcellent command of written and spoken English.
