Working closely with Product, Technology, Architecture, Operations, PMO, and business stakeholders, the Associate Program Manager provides operational support, drives process discipline, improves visibility, and helps create a positive intake experience for requestors.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong operational execution with analytical and technical capabilities, including experience with reporting, dashboarding, and process automation technologies. They are curious, technology-savvy, highly organized, comfortable rolling up their sleeves to solve problems, and confident engaging stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.\nPDLC Intake Administration & Execution\nSupport the day-to-day operation of the PDLC Intake process and associated intake management tools.\n\nReview incoming intake requests for completeness, quality, and adherence to intake standards.\n\nGuide requestors through the intake process and help them navigate requirements, reviews, and approvals.\n\nCoordinate the progression of requests through intake stages, governance reviews, and approval workflows.\n\nMonitor intake queues, aging requests, approvals, and service levels to ensure timely progression.\n\nMaintain accurate intake records, audit trails, and supporting documentation.\n\nAct as a first point of contact for intake-related questions and operational support.\n\nCross-Functional Coordination\nPartner with Product, Technology, Architecture, Operations, Security, Legal, Procurement, Finance, AI, and other stakeholder groups throughout the intake lifecycle.\n\nFollow up proactively with stakeholders to drive reviews, decisions, and issue resolution.\n\nCoordinate intake review meetings, governance forums, workshops, and working sessions.\n\nCapture actions, decisions, risks, dependencies, and outcomes from stakeholder discussions.\n\nSupport leadership reviews by providing clear and accurate status updates.\n\nTechnology & Tooling\nAct as a power user of Jira, Power BI, Microsoft 365, workflow platforms, and collaboration technologies.\n\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide visibility into intake performance and operational health.\n\nIdentify opportunities to automate manual processes through Power Automate and other Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.\n\nSupport enhancements to intake systems, workflows, reporting solutions, and self-service capabilities.\n\nLeverage data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, transparency, and stakeholder experience.\n\nQuickly learn and adopt new technologies that support the evolution of the Intake function.\n\n Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\n\n5+ years of experience in program coordination, PMO, operations, process improvement, governance, or intake management.\n\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nExperience working with cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology organizations.\n\nHigh proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.\n\nSelf-starter with a hands-on approach and willingness to work across both strategic and operational activities.\n\n Our Benefits\nFlexible working environment\nVolunteer time off\nLinkedIn Learning\nEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)\nNIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
