You will play a critical role in identifying risks, solving roadblocks, driving change management activities, and ensuring projects are successfully transitioned into business-as-usual operations.\n Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation through implementation and closure. \nDevelop project plans, timelines, milestones, governance structures, and communication plans. \nCoordinate cross-functional and multicultural teams across multiple LATAM markets. \nManage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment on priorities, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues. \nMonitor project performance and communicate progress to senior leadership. \nDrive change management initiatives to support successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working. \nManage project documentation, status reporting, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupport operational excellence through process optimization and best practice implementation. \n The ideal candidate is an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects in dynamic and fast-paced environments. You are an effective communicator, a proactive problem solver, and a natural leader who can influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.\nYou thrive in ambiguity, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
