NIQ delivers the Full View (TM).\n Position Overview:\nAs an RPA Developer in the Business Process Automation Center of Excellence (BPA CoE), you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise automation solutions that enable business transformation and operational excellence across the organization. The role encompasses the full automation lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, support, and continuous improvement.\nYou will serve as a technical expert for automation technologies, ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of automation services while driving innovation through process optimization and the adoption of best practices. Working in partnership with business and technology teams, you will help deliver scalable, secure, and reliable automation solutions that create measurable business value and support the organization's digital transformation objectives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions following development standards, coding best practices, and solution architecture guidelines.\n\nAnalyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, and process owners to understand current processes and automation requirements.\n\nAssess feasibility, complexity, expected benefits, and potential risks of automation initiatives.\n\nProvide production support and incident resolution.\n\nMonitor automated processes in production environments and troubleshoot workflow failures, application issues, and infrastructure-related challenges.\n\nEnsure solution quality, governance, and compliance.\n\nCreate and execute unit tests, integration tests, and UAT support activities.\n\nProduce and maintain process design documents, solution design documents, operational runbooks, and support documentation.\n\nWork closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, application support, and business teams to deliver automation solutions aligned with enterprise standards.\n\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, project planning, and solution reviews.\n\nDrive continuous improvement and innovation.\n\nIdentify opportunities to enhance existing automations through process optimization, AI capabilities, orchestration improvements, and reusable components.\n\nContribute to CoE best practices, framework development, and automation strategy initiatives.\n\n Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.\n\nUp to 3 years of hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Action Center, Document Understanding). UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification is preferred.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Cloud and Desktop Flows, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Azure Foundry).\n\nStrong proficiency in C# or VB.NET for custom activities and Python for script integration.\n\nExpert knowledge of SQL Server (stored procedures, views) and experience consuming/building RESTful API's as part of automation flows.\n\nFamiliarity with Azure Cloud services.\n\nYou have a willingness to work as a part of a distributed and agile international team.\n\nGood communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.\n\n Our Benefits\nFlexible working environment\nVolunteer time off\nLinkedIn Learning\nEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)\nNIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
