Donde tendrás retos que fortalezcan tu conocimiento y habilidades, y promuevan tu desarrollo profesional.\nResponsabilidades:\nGestionar el proceso completo de nómina (end-to-end), asegurando precisión y cumplimiento. \nCalcular la nómina y validar el correcto pago a los empleados.\nAdministrar y ejecutar procesos de seguridad social e impuestos (retención en la fuente). \nPreparar, analizar y presentar reportes relacionados con la nómina. \nGestionar la relación con proveedores asociados al proceso de nómina.\nDocumentar información y soportes requeridos para auditorías y revisiones.\nBrindar atención oportuna y efectiva a clientes internos (empleados y stakeholders).\nIdentificar oportunidades de mejora y optimización en los procesos de nómina. \nPreparar información para cierres contables asegurando tiempos y calidad.\nGestionar pagos a terceros (fondos, libranzas, embargos, aportes voluntarios, entre otros). \nAsegurar la correcta ejecución de la nómina electrónica. \nAdministrar novedades de nómina a través de plataformas internas (Workday y Workday Help).\n Estudios: Licenciatura en Contaduría, Administración de empresas, Ingeniería industrial.\nExperiencia demostrable como consultor de nómina, coordinador de nómina o en un puesto similar, mínimo con 3 años de experiencia en este cargo.\nConocimiento de las normativas legales laborales y tributarias sobre empleados de nómina del país.\nIndispensable buen manejo del idioma inglés.\nExpertise en el manejo de Excel\nSkills necesarios: Comunicación, trabajo en equipo, análisis y organización, orientación al detalle, iniciativa, habilidad numérica, orientación al logro.\nOpcional: Experiencia práctica con software de nómina\n Our Benefits\nFlexible working environment\nVolunteer time off\nLinkedIn Learning\nEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)\nNIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
