About Job We are seeking a results-driven Software Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team focused on developing scalable, cloud-native, data-intensive applications. This role is ideal for a highly skilled backend engineer with deep experience in database technologies and a strong track record of building and supporting data-intensive applications. You will play a critical role in designing scalable, high-performance solutions within our Phoenix system, leveraging a modern tech stack including Python, Spark, PostgreSQL, and Airflow. This is an exciting opportunity to work on mission-critical systems that process massive volumes of consumer and retail data for customers around the globe. Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain robust backend systems for high-volume data processing. Lead the design and optimization of relational and non-relational databases, with a focus on PostgreSQL. Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of production data pipelines and backend services. Provide hands-on production support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues that are time-sensitive for client delivery. Collaborate across cross-functional teams
