The role will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Managed File Transfer platforms, ensuring reliable and secure file exchange services across internal applications, business partners, and cloud/on-premises environments.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with MFT platforms, Linux/Windows administration, production support, incident management, and a customer-focused mindset to maintain high service availability.\nKey responsibilities\nProvide L2/L3 operational support for enterprise MFT platforms and file transfer services.\nMonitor MFT environments and ensure timely resolution of production incidents and service requests.\nAnalyze application, system, and transfer logs to identify and troubleshoot file transfer failures.\nManage onboarding of new file transfer partners, users, certificates, and workflows.\nPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions for recurring issues.\nSupport secure file transfer protocols including SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, and PGP encryption.\nCoordinate with infrastructure, network, security, cloud, application, and business teams during incident resolution.\nExecute platform maintenance activities, certificate renewals, upgrades, patching, and health checks.\nDevelop and maintain operational documentation, troubleshooting guides, and support runbooks.\nParticipate in on-call support and major incident management as required.\nIdentify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency improvements.\nIdentifying and implementing automation opportunities to reduce issue inflow, analysing recurring incidents, and driving permanent resolutions to improve system stability and operational efficiency.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n2-5 years of experience in application support, middleware support, integration support, MFT operations, or production support environments.\nExperience supporting Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms is preferred.\nExperience in incident management, problem management, and production support activities.\nStrong customer service mindset and ability to work effectively with global stakeholders.\n Our Benefits\nFlexible working environment\nVolunteer time off\nLinkedIn Learning\nEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)\nNIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
