In this role, you will design, train, and optimize advanced models, build robust data pipelines, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into our systems. As a senior member of the team, you will establish best practices, mentor junior engineers, and lead initiatives that enhance automation, model reliability, and overall performance to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.\nResponsibilities:\nStudy, analyze, and transform business requirements into data science prototypes. \nDesign and implement machine learning systems using traditional ML algorithms (e.g., tree-based models, clustering), recommendation systems and transformer -based architectures. \nBuild, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs), including local open-source LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen) and API-based models. \nDevelop Generative AI applications, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases (e.g., FAISS, ChromaDB, Milvus). \nRun machine learning tests and experiments. \nTrain and retrain algorithms when necessary. \nExtend existing ML libraries and frameworks. \nKeep abreast of developments in the field. \n Years of Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in software development, specializing in ML. \nEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. \nRequirements:\nProven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role \nUnderstanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture \nAbility to write robust code in Python. \nHands-on experience with transformers and Hugging Face ecosystem. \nHands-on experience with Agentic frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph. \nFamiliarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn) \n Employment Type: Full-time \nWeekend: 2 Days \nWork Model: Hybrid \nCompensation and Benefits:\nJoin a Workplace That Values You\nAt Nifty Coders Pvt.
