With automatic remediation, security violations can be resolved automatically before they become incidents, and end-users can be automatically trained and coached in the moment to self-heal violations that they introduce.\nNightfall is backed by leading VC firms including Bain Capital Ventures (Enrique Salem - former CEO of Symantec), Venrock (early investors in Cloudflare), WestBridge Capital, Pear VC (early investors in Dropbox and Doordash), and a cadre of cybersecurity leaders including Frederic Kerrest (founder of Okta), Maynard Webb (former COO of eBay), Ryan Carlson (President of Chainguard), Kevin Mandia (founder of Mandiant), and many others.\nAbout the role:\nResponsibilities\nBe a product expert with a deep understanding of all customer scenarios.\n\nAnalyze requirements/PRD and create test cases.\n\nPerform Windows/MacOS endpoints, Web App & API end-to-end testing.\n\nBuild & own automated test suites for all end-to-end test cases.\n\nAnalyze test results, troubleshoot and report issues to the product engineering team.\n\nFind bugs, create detailed bug reports and verify fixes.\n\nReproduce customer-reported issues and enable product engineers to debug.\n\nDefine approaches and own load & stress testing of features.\n\nRequirements\n5-6 years of experience as a Software Quality/Automation Engineer.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.\n\nAble to work closely with Product Management and Product Engineering.\n\nExperience with Testing & Automating for Windows and/or MacOS endpoints.\n\nExperience in scripting with any of the languages like shell, python, javascript.\n\nExperience with various testing tools (Postman, Playwright, etc) and defect management tools (Linear, Jira, etc) on Linux systems.\n\nExperience in managing & setting up CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, CircleCI, etc).\n\nGood to have experience of testing OS kernel-mode components.\n\nGood to have experience of SaaS/Web application Testing and API Testing.\n\nGood to have performance testing experience with tools jmeter, gatling, etc.\n\nPreferred educational qualification: BE / BTech / MCA.\n\nEnvironment\nNightfall AI takes pride in being an equal-opportunity employer.
