Experience with Microsoft Excel is required, and experience with DocuSign is a plus.\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Review loan packets to ensure they are complete and accurate.\n\nCheck loan documents and data for consistency and completeness.\n\nVerify loan data entered into the system to ensure accuracy.\n\nReview loan files for compliance with regulatory and internal policies and procedures.\n\nIdentify and resolve data discrepancies or inaccuracies in loan packets, which may involve communicating with borrowers, lenders, and other parties.\n\nAssist in identifying and resolving issues related to loan data and documentation.\n\nCollaborate with underwriters, closers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate completion of the review process. \n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n\nFive (5+) years of experience in loan processing within the housing market (manufactured housing experience is a plus).\n\nComfortable working in an uncertain, fast-paced environment that evolves as technology and the business scale.\n\nProactive and able to work autonomously.\n\nCollaborative and innovative, with a strong desire for team success.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools.\n\nUndergraduate degree or equivalent relevant work experience.\n\nHigh degree of attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies in loan files.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nKnowledge of mortgage lending regulations and requirements.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple tasks
