Responsibilities\nMarketing Operations\n\nLeverage and manage existing marketing systems and tools— “plug and play” without needing to build from scratch.\n\nCustomize marketing templates (flyers, photo and video materials, emails, SMS) by updating market-specific stats and messaging\nto match targeted audiences.\n\nExecute SMS and email marketing campaigns, including drip sequences, on schedule and within\ncompliance standards.\n\nMonitor and adjust campaign performance using KPIs, open rates, CTRs, and conversion metrics.\n\nData & Compliance\n\nConduct data clean-up, maintenance, and segmentation to ensure accuracy and consistency across CRM systems.\n\nMaintain data integrity in all marketing efforts, adhering to company policies and industry regulations\n\nEnsure all marketing materials and strategies are compliant with mortgage industry standards and\nguidelines.\n\nTechnical/Automation\n\nImplement and optimize workflows using marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations.\n\nWork with APIs to connect marketing platforms and ensure seamless communication between\nsystems.\n\nTroubleshoot system errors or marketing logic issues across tools and campaigns.\n\nStrategic Support\n\nProvide tactical input into the planning and execution of marketing strategies tailored to real estate\nand mortgage audiences.\n\nIdentify optimization opportunities across the customer lifecycle—from lead capture to nurture and\nclose.\n\nCollaborate with loan officers, agents, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business\nobjectives.\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nExperience: 3–5 years in marketing operations or coordination, ideally within the real estate or mortgage industry.\n\nTools:\nFamiliar with Insellerate, Hubspot, Go High Level, Salesforce, Big Purple Dot or similar CRMs.\n\nSkills:\n\nPhoto and Video Editing\n\nStrong understanding of email and SMS marketing, segmentation, and A/B testing.\n\nExcellent data hygiene and management skills.\n\nKnowledge of API integrations and automation logic\n\nProficiency with compliance-related marketing practices in mortgage/real estate.\n\nClear communicator and organized multitasker who thrives in a system-driven environment.\n\nProficiency with Excel\n\nPreferred:\n\nIdeal candidate would have experience the following (or
