In this role, you will build secure, scalable, and costoptimized cloud environments that empower our development and operations teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nUse and develop automation (Ansible roles,Terraformmodules, Packer, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, AWS CLI) to provision and configure servers, services, applications, and security controls.\n\nSetup and maintain applications in AWS GovCloudand commercial, utilizing Dev/Production environments\n\nManage AWS specific resources much as VPCs, EC2, ECS, EKS, S3,Control Tower,and LZA\n\nLead technical projects,workingwith team members and inter-departmental groups toplan,execute, and deliver new features or capabilities\n\nFollow best practices for disaster recovery/business continuity in server, network, and security design\n\nManage Linux and Windowsservers, following best practicesfor logging, monitoring, and system maintenance\n\nProvide expertiseand supportfor IT Operational management of security monitoring,compliance, andauditingtools\n\nRequired Skills and Experience\n6 Years ofExperiencein IT(Operations,Security, or Development), or DevOps\n\n4+ Years of experiencewith Linux System Administration\n\nFamiliar with Windows System Administration\n\n1+ Years of experience with networking (TCP/IP,switching,routers,firewalls,etc)\n\n1+Years of experience running services withinAWSoranother cloud provider (Azure,etc)\n\nArchitecting new servicesusingAWS resources\n\nTroubleshootingresources(Load balancers, Autoscaling groups, security groups)\n\nFamiliarity withIACautomationand configuration managementtoolsto manage and deploy servers and applications(Ansible,Terraform,Cloudformation,Packer, Python,Bash,Powershell,etc)\n\nFamiliarity with source code management ofany code/scripts/documentation used forautomation(git, GitLab,BitBucket)\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\n\nStrong sense of accountability tomeet work deadlines and support sprint goals\n\nMust be a U.S Citizen\n\nDesired Skills and Experiences\nExperience developing automated solutionsutilizing docker-composeand Helm\n\nFamiliarity with multi-account AWS architecture (Organizations, Control Tower)\n\nFamiliarity withwithmulti-accountMicrosoft Azure(Sovereign Cloud Architecture)\n\nExperience working with containerized applications using Docker and/or Kubernetes\n\nExperiencedevelopingCI/CD pipelinesfor deliveryand testingof services/applications\n\nExperience within AWS GovCloud\n\nProfessional Certifications such as: AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Developer, Linux+, Security+, CCNA\n\nRequired Education Bachelor of Science Degree in a related engineering field; OR\n\n6additional years of Engineering, Computer or Information Science applicable professional experience in lieu of degree.\n\n Salary & Benefits\n\nThe salary associated with this position ($77,000-$163,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise.
