We ensure our engineers have the tools they need to excel and we recognize superb results.\nWe're seeking a Field Engineer to support integration, fielding, and support of Cyber products with customers. You'll be the technical face of our products in customer environments, handling everything from initial deployment through ongoing support. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent customer communication abilities, and a willingness to travel to customer sites. You'll also own user manual development and coordinate customer feedback back to our product development teams.\n** An active Secret clearance is required **\nSecurity Clearance:\nRequires a Secret Clearance.\nQualified applicants may be subject to a security investigation and must meet minimum qualifications for access to classified information. U.S. Citizenship is required. Qualified applicants must meet the requirements to obtain and maintain a Secret government security clearance.\nRequired Skills Include:\nStrong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nExperience with software deployment and system integration\nCustomer-facing communication skills (verbal and written)\nAbility to work independently in customer environments\nSystem and application debugging experience\nSystem administration and Security of Linux and/or Windows operating systems\nUnderstanding of networking concepts and protocols\nTechnical documentation skills (user manuals, integration guides)\nAbility to train customers on product usage\nWillingness to travel to customer sites (up to 50%)\n\nThe product team works with a large array of technologies, tools, and concepts, so other valuable skills and experience include:\nExperience supporting government (especially DoD) customers\nKnowledge of OS internals (Linux and/or Windows)\nUnderstanding of C/C++ and ability to read code for troubleshooting purposes\nBash and/or Batch scripting for automation\nExperience with build systems and software installation\nTPM and Secure Boot technologies\nDOD System Security Engineering and standards (RMF, Cyber Resiliency, Anti-Tamper, etc.)\nVirtualization technologies (QEMU, KVM, VMWare, VirtualBox, Hyper-V, etc.)\nUnderstanding of system security and hardening\nExperience with ticketing and support systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)\nAbility to synthesize customer feedback for product improvement\nOur ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong technical skills to solve complex problems in the field, can communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, and thrives in dynamic environments.\nOur Interviews:\nOur interviews are technical but will also assess your customer communication skills.
