Nightwing brings disruptive technologies, agility, and competitive offerings to customers in the intelligence community, defense, civil, and commercial markets.\nNightwing is seeking a highly motivated Finance Analyst to join the High Consequence Missions (HCM) Finance Team in Dulles, VA.\nSelected candidate will be required to: prepare weekly and monthly financial reports and perform analysis in order to ensure that Contracts are within negotiated and/or agreed upon cost parameters as well as Government Cost Control Guidelines; participate in the preparation of budgets and schedules for various small programs and perform variance analysis to those budgets and schedules; prepare quarterly EAC’s (Estimates at Completion) with variance analysis and support presentation of EAC’s to organization; prepare monthly invoices and backup documentation for customer deliverables and various other ad hoc tasks. Further, the selected candidate will work in frequent collaboration with other functions as well as the customer.\nResponsibilities will include but are not limited to:\nCreation and submittal of Customer financial deliverables\nDevelopment of time-phased budgets, forecasting and analysis of bookings, sales, profit, and cash\nDevelopment of quarterly estimates at complete (EACs)\nWorking closely with Supply Chain to monitor Subcontractors and Vendors to track metrics to include subcontract Value, subcontract Funding, progress towards level of effort, material purchases, open commitments, and invoice payments.\nOverseeing of contract funding and value\nSupport program billings\nPerform ad-hoc analysis\nSecurity Clearance & Other Requirements:\nMust be willing to obtain a top secret level clearance\nRequired Skills:\nDemonstrated oral and written communication skills\nResults and detail oriented\nDemonstrated ability to be proactive, creative, and innovative and use critical and strategic thinking\nSound critical thinking, problem identification, and problem solving skills\nExperienced in the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint\nProficient in the use of other Microsoft Office Products (Word, Project)\nDesired Skills:\nFamiliar with government contracting\nEducational Requirements:\nBA/BS in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field of study\n Salary & Benefits\n\nThe salary associated with this position ($64,000-$128,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise.
