Must be a team player with knowledge and experience in all facets of warehouse operations including but not limited to Receiving, Inventory, Shipping, Transportation, Data Entry, Inventory & Audits. You will interact with both internal and external customers daily both in person and via other communication channels.\n*This position will be on-site daily in the Sterling, Virginia area.\n*** Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI with POLY ***\n9/80 Work schedule M-F 0700-1600.\nRequired experience:\nMinimum 3 years of relevant work experience.\nProficiency with: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Teams).\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.\nDemonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.\nExperienced in packing large and small shipments, crating/palletizing accountable equipment.\nMust be able to withstand physical demands of a warehouse environment: bending, squatting, twisting, climbing ladders, lifting, carrying up to 50 pounds unassisted, this could include lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50lbs unassisted, walking and standing for extended periods of time.\nOperate forklift, pallet jacks power and manual, carts, power and hand tools. Training available.\nThe role involves periodic travel CONUS to manage offsite shipments and logistics functions\nStrong familiarity with government property and material tracking systems to include creation of property and material catalog entries, recording receipt of property and material, performing physical inventory, recording in inventory tracking systems, and performing issuance of property and material for use and consumption.\nWorking knowledge of FAR Part 45 and FAR 52.245-1 processes for management of property and consumable material on Government contracts.\nFamiliarity with Property Disposition processes for government property to include accountable assets.\nDesired:\nExperience creating documents as required for government shipments. \n Experience participating in Contractor Self Assessments (CSAs) related to implementation of property management systems.\nEducation:\nTypically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience. Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.\nActive and transferable Active U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
