This position bridges the gap between mission needs and software development, ensuring that the unified solution effectively supports various OCO mission types including interactive, sustained, automated, and identity operations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide operational context for feature development\nTranslate Operational Needs (ONs) into technical requirements\nSupport workflow design and validation\nParticipate in user acceptance testing\nAssist with training material development\nProvide feedback on UI/UX designs from operational perspective\nSupport demonstration and testing activities\nContribute to user documentation and guides\nParticipate in backlog refinement with operational insights\nSupport transition and deployment activities\nRequired Qualifications:\nMinimum 7 years of experience in offensive cyber operations or related fields\nBachelor's degree (or equivalent substitution)\nStrong understanding of OCO workflows and mission requirements\nExperience with cyber tools, platforms, and infrastructure\nAbility to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences\nKnowledge of automation principles and workflow orchestration\nExperience supporting software development efforts\nActive TS/SCI clearance\nMust be U.S. citizen\nSalary & Benefits\nThe salary associated with this position ($64,000-$128,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise.
