The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong history of delivering advanced technical solutions in federal environments, combined with exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline\nMinimum 5 years managing government programs in technical or IT environments\nClearance\nActive TS/SCI with CI Polygraph\nU.S. Citizenship\nCore Competencies\nProven expertise managing program budgets, schedules, and resource allocation\nComprehensive knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government contracting\nExceptional communication abilities with demonstrated success engaging government customers and senior stakeholders\nExperience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, multi-priority environments\nProficiency with program management methodologies and tools\nPreferred Qualifications\n Project Management Professional (PMP) certification\n Federal law enforcement background or experience supporting law enforcement agencies\nAgile/Scrum methodology experience\nMaster's degree in relevant field\nDirect experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Justice (DOJ), or Intelligence Community (IC) customers\nTrack record managing programs valued at $5M or greater\nKey Responsibilities\nProgram Leadership & Execution\nAct as the primary interface with government customers and key stakeholders\nDirect complete program lifecycle from initiation through successful closeout\nCreate and maintain comprehensive program schedules, budgets, and resource plans\nEnsure adherence to contractual obligations, deliverables, and performance standards\nProactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues\nDevelop and present program status reports, executive briefings, and technical documentation\nTechnical Oversight\nGuide technical solution development and implementation strategies\nCollaborate with engineering teams to ensure deliverables exceed customer requirements\nProvide technical leadership in decision-making and complex problem resolution\nTeam Development & Management\nLead, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional program teams\nCultivate collaboration across engineering, contracts, finance, and supporting organizations\nDrive performance management initiatives and professional growth opportunities\nChampion a culture of excellence and innovation\nStrategic Customer Engagement\nEstablish and nurture trusted relationships with government customers\nLead customer meetings, program reviews, and strategic planning sessions\nIdentify expansion opportunities and contribute to business development efforts\nMaintain exceptional customer satisfaction and mission success\nAt Nightwing, we value collaboration and teamwork.
