This role requires a proven senior-level leader with demonstrated Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility who can bridge technical execution, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery while managing complex, large-scale operations supporting critical national security missions.\n'\nThis is a high-visibility, customer-facing leadership position requiring an individual who can manage programs with 100+ FTEs, navigate no-fail mission environments, and drive organizational success through strategic forecasting, financial acumen, and operational excellence. You will be accountable for the full business performance of the program from revenue growth and margin management to customer satisfaction and contract recompete positioning.\nKey Responsibilities\nProgram Leadership & Execution\nDirect and manage all contract deliverables, milestones, and performance metrics for programs with 100+ full-time equivalents (FTEs)\nEnsure SOW requirements are met within budget and schedule constraints in support of no-fail national security missions\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, schedules, and reporting artifacts\nLeverage tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and specialized tracking systems (e.g., ServiceNow)\nOversee contract compliance including CDRLs, Service Level Agreements, financial tracking, and subcontractor management\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives across program execution processes\nCustomer Engagement & Stakeholder Management\nServe as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for Government customers and senior leadership\nInterface directly with Customer, mission partners, and other Intelligence Community stakeholders\nProvide executive-level updates, program status reporting, and strategic recommendations\nBuild and maintain strong customer relationships that expand program scope and effectiveness\nNavigate complex stakeholder environments with competing priorities and requirements\nAnticipate customer needs and proactively address concerns before they become issues\nRepresent the organization at high-level customer forums and program and contract recompete success\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation & Certification\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related STEM field\nActive Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification\nExperience\nProgram Management & P&L (One of the following):\n10+ years program management experience with demonstrated P&L responsibility\n8+ years managing programs of similar size and scope (100+ FTEs, $50M+ budgets)\n10+ years managing complex government contracts supporting national security missions\nDomain Experience (One of the following):\n5-8 years cybersecurity, SOC, or cyber incident response experience\n5-8 years detection engineering and automation experience\n5-8 years IT services program management with Intelligence Community customers\nTechnical & Financial Knowledge\nProven track record managing P&L for programs valued at $50M+ annually\nDemonstrated success managing teams of 100+ personnel across multiple disciplines\nDeep experience with financial forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic planning\nExtensive knowledge of FAR/DFARS, contract types, and government acquisition processes\nWorking knowledge of cybersecurity operations, IT service delivery, and technical program execution\nExperience with CDRL management, Service Level Objectives, Service Level Agreements, award fee, and financial reporting\nUnderstanding of program execution including scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance\nLeadership & Customer Management\nExceptional customer-facing skills with proven ability to build and maintain C-suite and senior government relationships\nDemonstrated success in no-fail mission environments requiring rapid decision-making\nTrack record of program growth through customer satisfaction and mission expansion\nStrong executive presence with ability to brief senior military and civilian leadership\nExperience managing in matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within Intelligence Community and mission partner environments\nAdvanced degrees (MBA, MS) or certifications in business, finance, or program management\nAt least one: CISSP, CISM, CCISO, GCDA, Security+ CE, CySA+, or equivalent certification\nExperience with ITIL, COBIT, ISO, or other IT service management frameworks\nBackground supporting classified programs at TS/SCI level\nPrior experience managing contract recompetes and
