This position serves as a key liaison between operational users and development teams, ensuring the unified solution meets the sophisticated needs of offensive cyber operations across multiple mission types.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead operational requirements analysis and decomposition\nProvide strategic guidance on mission workflow implementation\nValidate feature implementations against operational needs\nLead user acceptance testing and validation efforts\nDevelop comprehensive training programs and materials\nConduct operational assessments and provide recommendations\nSupport PI Planning with operational context and priorities\nLead demonstrations to operational stakeholders\nMentor junior SMEs and development team members\nSupport deployment and user onboarding activities\nRequired Qualifications:\nMinimum 10 years of experience in offensive cyber operations\nBachelor's degree (or equivalent substitution)\nDeep expertise in OCO missions, tools, and methodologies\nExperience defining operational requirements for software systems\nStrong understanding of automation and orchestration in cyber operations\nExcellent communication and training skills\nExperience working with cross-functional development teams\nKnowledge of Agile methodologies\nActive TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly\nMust be U.S. citizen\nSalary & Benefits\nThe salary associated with this position ($122,000-$253,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise.
