Nightwing brings disruptive technologies, agility, and competitive offerings to customers in the intelligence community, defense, civil, and commercial markets.\nID\nNightwing is seeking an experienced Proposal Volume Lead/Writer to support cleared proposals in Dulles, VA.\nOur Proposal Volume Lead/Writers:\nWrite clear, persuasive, and articulate proposal sections\nCreates compelling technical proposals that win over potential clients\nTranslate technical and other ideas into understandable text\nRewrite and review proposal sections and related proposal documents\nWork with internal teams to gather information and translate the information into compliant technical responses\nConvey strategy in concise and compelling narrative text\nResearch, write, and organize information in a professional and credible manner\nReview products, services, and/or business ideas\nAttend meetings with stakeholders to translate requirements into proposals\nPrioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines\nMake edits and revisions as per the requirements\nMaintain consistency by following company policies\nWork with the design team to create compelling visuals\nGive presentations in gates and other proposal milestones\nEdit and proofread proposals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency\nDevelop and maintain proposal templates and guidelines\nRequirements\nA Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, English, or a related field\n5+ years of previous proposal writing experience\nConceptualize, design, and plan to prepare reports and proposals\nStrong research and analytical skills\nExcellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment\nAbility to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects\nStrong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Suite\nExcellent computer and organizational skills\nExcellent written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills\nCurrent TS/SCI Clearance\n Salary & Benefits\n\nThe salary associated with this position ($122,000-$253,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise.
