The engineer works closely with development teams to implement cloud-native architectures and optimize system performance.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign and implement Kubernetes-based infrastructure\nLead network architecture and security implementations\nOptimize system performance and resource utilization\nImplement advanced monitoring and observability solutions\nDesign disaster recovery and high availability solutions\nLead Infrastructure as Code implementations\nTroubleshoot complex system and network issues\nMentor junior engineers\nSupport security assessments and RMF activities\nLead infrastructure-related technical discussions\nRequired Qualifications:\nMinimum 10 years of system/network engineering experience\nBachelor's degree in relevant technical field (or equivalent substitution)\nExpert knowledge of Kubernetes and container technologies\nDeep understanding of network protocols, routing, and security\nExperience designing multi-cloud infrastructure solutions\nProficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)\nStrong knowledge of Linux system administration\nExperience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)\nUnderstanding of DoD security requirements and RMF\nActive TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph\nMust be U.S. citizen\nSalary & Benefits\nThe salary associated with this position ($122,000-$253,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise.
