This role bridges business strategy, product vision, and technical execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, efficient, and scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.\nThe ideal candidate brings experience in project management, systems engineering, or product ownership, with the ability to translate complex technical and operational concepts to a broad range of stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and support product vision and strategy by aligning technology initiatives with businessobjectives, customer needs, and innovation trends\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders, mission partners, customers, and development teams to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and technical constraints\n\nDevelop andmaintainproject and product roadmaps outlining timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies\n\nLead cross-functional coordination across engineering, systems, product design, vendors, operations, marketing, and sales throughout the project lifecycle and product launch\n\nManage the end-to-end implementation of new and existing technologies, ensuring adherence to best practices, timelines, and budget constraints\n\nConduct market, vendor, and competitive analysis toidentifyopportunities, evaluate solutions, and inform technology and product decisions\n\nProvide leadership and guidance as a subject matter expert, advocating for product and projectobjectiveswhile resolving conflicts and managing risks\n\nOversee vendor relationships, including solution evaluation, prototyping, implementation, and performance management\n\nCommunicate technical and operational concepts clearly and effectively to technical teams, leadership, and non-technical stakeholders\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\nExperience in project management, systems engineering, or product ownership roles\n\n5+ years of experience in a systems engineering role.\n\nDemonstrated ability to conceptualize, design, and implement technology solutions\n\nStrong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices\n\nAbility to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information for diverse audiences\n\nExperience working with cross-functional development and engineering teams\n\nFamiliarity with the OSI Model as a framework for understanding complex network interactions, or the ability to quickly learn and apply it\n\nExperience with vendor management, solution evaluation, and prototyping\n\nStrong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills\n\nClearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI with Poly on day one of employment.\nDesired / Preferred Qualifications\nExperience developing or supporting product roadmaps and technology strategies\n\nGeneral understanding of IT infrastructure, including power and cooling mechanisms for data centers or facilities\n\nBackground working in environmentsrequiringclose collaboration between operations, engineering, and product teams\n\nExperienceidentifyingand implementing innovative technologies that balance efficiency, scalability, and cost\n\nPMP, Agile, Scrum, or Product Owner certifications are a plus\n\n Salary & Benefits\n\nThe salary associated with this position ($122,000-$253,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise.
