Much of it runs inside our customers' own environments: their cloud tenants, their private networks and their data centres, at banks, NBFCs and regulated financial groups that do not let data leave their control. We need the engineer who installs it there and keeps it running.\n\nWhat you'll do:\n\n- Install and configure our on-premise collector in customer-controlled environments: their cloud subscriptions (Azure, AWS or GCP), Kubernetes clusters, VMs, Windows and Linux servers, and restricted or air-gapped networks\n\n- Work with client cloud, network, database and security teams, and with their outsourced IT and security providers, to get exactly the access needed, and nothing more\n\n- Get our collector approved by a client's security operations: firewall rule requests, SIEM log forwarding, endpoint protection whitelisting\n\n- Explain to a client's security team what our software does and what leaves their network\n\n- Debug deployments you cannot log into, using logs and diagnostics\n\n- Write install guides and runbooks so each deployment is faster than the last\n\n- Write Python, PowerShell or Bash scripts to automate installs, checks and diagnostics\n\n- Travel to client sites in Mumbai and Delhi when a deployment needs it\n\nWhat you need:\n\n- 3 to 6 years deploying or supporting software inside customer infrastructure, in implementation, professional services, deployment, technical consulting or L3 support, often as the only vendor person in the client's room\n\n- Linux and networking: firewalls, proxies, DNS, TLS and certificates, ports\n\n- Have deployed into a customer's cloud tenant on Azure, AWS or GCP: virtual networks, security groups, identity and RBAC in an account you don't own\n\n- Docker, and enough Kubernetes to install and troubleshoot\n\n- Working knowledge of one relational database such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL or Oracle\n\n- Python, Bash or PowerShell scripting\n\nStrong plus:\n\n- Deployments at Indian banks, NBFCs or BFSI clients\n\n- Windows Server, SMB file shares and NTFS permissions\n\n- Working through a client's outsourced IT and security providers (MSP and MSSP) rather than in-house staff\n\n- Security approval work: SIEM log forwarding, endpoint protection whitelisting, firewall change requests\n\n- Microsoft 365 and Entra ID: app registrations, admin consent, Graph API permissions\n\n- Terraform or Bicep for packaging deployments the customer's own team can run\n\n- Experience at security, PAM, DLP or data-governance vendors, or in core banking implementation (Finacle, FLEXCUBE, BaNCS, FinnOne)\n\nWhat you get:\n\n- 12 to 22L fixed, based on experience, plus equity\n\n- Bengaluru-based, with the deployments you lead becoming the standard for every customer after\n\nPlease note:\n\nOur clients are regulated financial institutions and require background verification of everyone who works on their systems: identity, employment, education and criminal record.
