characteristic.\nJob overview\nThe Assistant Manager - Finance Operations will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accurate financial processing, timely reporting, compliance, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.\nRoles and responsibilities\nManage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including invoicing, reconciliations, collections, and payments.\nEnsure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing activities.\nPrepare and review financial reports, MIS, and operational dashboards.\nMonitor accounts receivable/payable and resolve outstanding issues.\nEnsure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and statutory requirements.\nIdentify process gaps and drive automation and process improvement initiatives.\nCoordinate with business teams, auditors, vendors, and other stakeholders.\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning activities.\nReview transactions and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.\nGuide team members and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.\nStrong knowledge of MS Excel and financial/accounting systems.\nGood understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.\nEducational
