The ideal candidate does not need to be a hands-on developer but should have sufficient technical and CSOD knowledge to understand complex technical discussions, help answer questions, identify risks and dependencies, and provide appropriate guidance to the project team and customer.\nEducational Qualification\nCSOD certification or relevant Cornerstone technical certification.\nExperience with CSOD integrations and Edge, APIs, SFTP, and data exchange.\nExperience with enterprise HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or other HRIS platforms.\nExperience working with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or similar technologies.\nExperience managing global projects involving teams and stakeholders across North America and Europe.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall delivery environments.\nPMP, CSM, or other relevant project/delivery certification.\nExperience\nWhat We’re Looking For We are looking for a strong technical delivery leader who can bridge the gap between project management and technical execution. The successful candidate should be comfortable managing timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholders while also having enough technical depth to understand CSOD integrations, challenge assumptions, guide discussions, and help the team navigate technical questions and dependencies. This is not a pure Project Manager role and does not require the candidate to be a full-time hands-on developer.
