characteristic\nJob Overview\nThe Training Coordinator supports the planning, organization, and execution of corporate learning programs.\nThis role manages training logistics, participant coordination, and communication with trainers and global learning teams.\nEnsures smooth delivery of onsite and virtual training programs while maintaining accurate tracking and administrative processes\nRoles & Responsibilities\nResponsible for planning, organizing, and managing training sessions based on client requirements.\nEnsures smooth coordination between trainers, vendors, trainees, and internal teams.\nSupports effective delivery of training programs across multiple locations.\nAnalyze client training needs and determine required training sessions per course and site.\nAct as the point of contact for internal trainers and external vendors.\nInitiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, or cancellation.\nOrganize training sessions based on trainee availability and ensure smooth execution.\nShare instructor details with site security when required.\nCommunicate training session openings and updates to employees.\nCoordinate with the offsite team for program updates or changes.\nFollow up on attendance and support invoicing processes.\nEnsure adherence to workflow and processes through CRM tools.\nCoordinate with training organizations, master vendors, and offsite teams.\nEducational Qualification\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field.\nExperience in
