implementation, support, and optimization of:\nFinance & Controlling (FICO)\nSales & Distribution (SD)\nMaterials Management (MM)\nProject Systems (PS)\nSAP SuccessFactors\nManage and enhance:\nEmployee Central (EC)\nEmployee Central Payroll (India Payroll)\nTime & Leave Management integrations\nLearning Management System (LMS)\nSAP Analytics & Reporting\nLead SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) initiatives.\nDrive budgeting, forecasting, and planning solutions.\nDevelop executive dashboards and performance reporting frameworks.\nSAP Consolidation & Reporting\nManage:\nGroup improvement, automation, and process optimization initiatives.\nManage SAP licensing, contracts, AMS partners, and strategic vendor relationships.\nEnsure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, statutory regulations, and data security standards.\nOversee disaster recovery, risk management, and business continuity planning for SAP applications.\nTeam Leadership\nLead and mentor SAP functional, technical, and support teams.\nBuild high-performing teams capable of supporting global business needs.\nManage external implementation partners, consultants, and service providers.\nFoster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.\nMBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.\nSAP certifications in S/4HANA, FICO, SuccessFactors, SAC, BTP, or related technologies are desirable.\nExperience Requirements\n18+ years of SAP experience with at least 8+ years in leadership roles.\nStrong preference for candidates with SAP FICO background.\nProven experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.\nExperience managing complex global ERP landscapes and enterprise applications.\nDemonstrated success supporting multi-country operations.\nStrong experience in stakeholder management at
