characteristic.\nEducational Qualification\nAdvanced degree in psychology, organizational development, adult learning, or related field preferred\nProfessional certifications (ICF coaching credentials, MBTI, DiSC, Hogan, etc.) highly valued\nExperience partnering with mid- to senior-level stakeholders to align training with business needs.\nSkills & Competencies\nExpertise in facilitating behavioral and soft skills programs using blended learning methodologies (classroom, virtual, simulations).\nProficiency in learning technology platforms (LMS, digital content tools, and virtual delivery platforms).\nStrong program management skills, including the ability to handle multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.\nCompetence in training evaluation frameworks and reporting, including analyzing ROI and impact metrics.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage varied audiences.\nPersonal Attributes\nGrowth mindset with a passion content customization, and end-to-end training delivery.\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).\nMinimum 3-8 years of experience designing and delivering behaviorual/soft skills/managerial development/voice and accent programs.\nStrong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.\nAbility to build strong relationships with participants at all levels of the organization.\nExperience with various training modalities (classroom, virtual, blended learning)\nBackground in psychology, organizational behavior, HR, or related field preferred\nExperience with using AI for
