You won't get a detailed spec. You'll get a problem, context, and the freedom to decide how to solve it. You'll own the full lifecycle: understanding the problem, designing, building, shipping, monitoring and iterating.\nWe're AI-native. You'll use coding agents and agentic workflows daily to move faster, and you stay fully accountable for everything you ship.\n\nWe don't hire based on familiarity with a particular programming language, framework, or technology stack. We value strong fundamentals, problem-solving ability, learning speed, engineering judgment, and the ability to deliver working software.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn features and services end to end, from discovery and design through deployment and monitoring\nWork across backend, data, infrastructure, integrations and AI-powered workflows, depending on what the problem needs\nMake and defend architectural trade-offs (performance, cost, complexity, speed)\nDebug production failures, find root causes, and improve observability and resilience\nBuild internal tools and automations that remove repetitive engineering work\nPrototype quickly, validate assumptions, and turn what works into production code\nUse AI agents, tool calling and MCP integrations to compress delivery cycles, and review their output critically\nRaise the bar on code quality and engineering practices through your own work and reviews\n\nMust have\n2-4 years building and running production software\nStrong fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, databases, OS/networking basics, concurrency, system design\nExperience across more than one domain, such as backend/APIs, data-heavy systems, queues and async processing, cloud and deployment, third-party integrations, or AI/LLM applications\nComfort entering an unfamiliar codebase and learning a new language or tool when the problem demands it\nHands-on use of AI coding tools, and the judgment to catch hallucinations and hidden failure modes in generated code\nA track record of finishing things: shipping, then fixing, then measuring impact\n\nStrong plus\nExperience at a product company or on a high-scale system\nPerformance, reliability or data-consistency work with measurable results\nInternal tools, automation, or agent-based workflows you've built\nFrontend or mobile exposure\nB.Tech/B.E. in CS, IT, ECE, EE or a related field, ideally from a strong engineering program\n\nHow You'll Be Evaluated\nResume and work review: a conversation about what you personally built and the measurable impact\nPractical coding round: write, debug and test code under realistic constraints\nSystem design: an open-ended design problem sized to a real scale\nAI-assisted build: solve a task with an AI agent while we watch how you steer, verify and test\nHiring manager conversation: your hardest problems, failures, and what you learned\n\nWhy Join\nReal ownership and direct business impact from week one\nExposure across stacks and domains\nHands-on experience building with AI agents on production systems\n\nHow to Apply\nSend your resume, GitHub (or equivalent), and 1-2 examples of systems you built, shipped or improved.
