In this role, you will focus on putting the consumer at the center of everything we do and help create strong connections between Nike and athletes*. You will assist in defining and implementing strategies that drive commercial growth and enhance the consumer journey on Nike.com and the Nike App. Your goal will be to optimize digital user experiences and increase conversion rates, making it easier for consumers to browse, decide, and purchase, while driving revenue and profitability.\nEssential requirements:\nSolid understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including how to optimize online shopping experiences and improve conversion.\nCross-functional collaboration: You feel comfortable working across diverse teams and can effectively communicate data insights and business actions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nData-driven decision-making: You are comfortable interpreting complex data and using it to inform decisions that enhance user experiences and drive growth.\nCommunication skills: You can clearly present your findings, create persuasive presentations, and explain complex ideas in a simple way.\nStrong organizational skills: You have the ability to plan and manage multiple priorities, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution for seasonal stories and campaigns. You excel at organizing deliverables in a deadline-driven environment and balancing competing tasks to ensure everything is in place for a successful launch.\nWHAT YOU’LL WORK ON\nDetail and execute the Experience Bring to Life plans for your assigned Sport on .com and Nike App, effectively collaborating with the Nike Direct Sport Crew and the x-functional Bring to Life team.
