You will strengthen regional and global delivery, protect payroll and compliance outcomes, improve the employee experience, and build accountable teams that continuously raise service quality, resilience, and capacity.\nStrategic:\nDefine and execute a regional operational roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities, regulatory requirements, employee experience, and measurable service outcomes. \nBuild an operating model with clear ownership, decision rights, service measures, escalation paths, documented handoffs, and backup coverage. \nStrengthen shared delivery between EMEA and the global hub by clarifying accountabilities, transferring appropriate work, and ensuring consistent quality and controls. \nPartner across People Solutions, HR COE, Global Process Owners, and other teams to translate priorities into executable plans and capacity trade-offs. \nOperational:\nOversee end-to-end workforce operations, including employee data, contracts, right-to-work administration, employee movement, benefits, leave, and lifecycle transactions. \nEnsure payroll readiness through accurate and timely data, preventive controls, audits, issue resolution, and strong payroll and vendor partnership. \nOversee regional Total Rewards operations and vendors, including invoice management, service performance, compliance, and employee-impacting casework. \nEstablish transparent operating rhythms for service health, breached cases, backlogs, risk, commitments, decisions, and recovery actions. \nUse root-cause analysis, standard work, automation, system enhancements, and focused improvement sprints to improve quality, prevent issues, and create capacity. \nLeadership:\nDevelop an accountable leadership team that prioritizes, delegates, coaches, makes trade-offs, and resolves issues without defaulting to escalation. \nBuild generalist capability and mobility across service tiers while preserving specialist depth for complex, regulated, or high-risk work. \nCreate an inclusive, growth-oriented culture in which team's own outcomes, teach one another, and reduce dependency on individual experts. \nLead through organizational change, vacancies, leave, hiring, and
