Additionally, we are looking for students who are:\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree/or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Law, or a related field\nFluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills\nFoster effective teamwork, act with courage, embraces change, and continuously growing through feedback, reflection and an athlete mindset\n· Demonstrate curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply new tools responsibly\nInterested in people, culture, and talent development, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities\nIN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST\nBe enrolled as a student for the full duration of the internship at a university or higher education institution\nBe available for a full-time, six-month internship, starting on 1 February 2027\nBe able to work in a hybrid model, spending three days per week at our Nike Inc EHQ Campus (Colosseum 1, 1213 Hilversum, Netherlands) and two days from home\n· You are currently enrolled in a full-time study program at a Dutch university (HBO or WO level), regardless of your nationality OR You hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a university outside the Netherlands\n\nWHAT YOU WILL WORK ON\nAs an HR Intern, you'll contribute to meaningful work that strengthens HR operations and the employee experience across EMEA.
