You will serve as the key Nike Inventory leader for this site and partner closely with the Nike Operations team and 3PL management team to ensure the inventory within the facility is accurate, available, and financially compliant.\nWHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:\nAs the Inventory Operations Manager, you will work in a variety of roles including:\nLead inventory validation programs that comply with company policies and provide ongoing measurements on inventory KPI’s for a Distribution Center.\nLeverage data to analyze and root cause issues related to Inventory and drive outcomes through continuous improvement programs.\nIn partnership with the Nike Operations leadership team, define and reinforce roles, decision rights, communication routines, KPI reviews, escalation protocols, and issue-resolution processes between Nike and the 3PL provider.\nWHO YOU WILL WORK WITH :\nDevelop strong partnerships with Operations, Controlling, Tech, and Supply and Inventory Management.\nCo-lead day-to-day Inventory operations execution with the 3PL management team while maintaining clear accountability for contractual obligations for inventory.\nBuild strong partnerships across the Inventory Management Operations team to ensure consistency in best practices and participation in shaping the strategy and objectives of the team.\nDevelop close partnerships with Nike operations and 3PL operations to ensure support for operational requirements while maintaining inventory control.\nAssess provider performance using objective data, conduct constructive business reviews, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement where needed.\nWHAT YOU BRING:\nBachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training.\nMinimum of 5 years of operations-management experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
