This position will lead and ensure the integration of cutting-edge technologies that enhance operational efficiency and product quality.\nMain Responsibilities:\nLead the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering work in the design, development, and deployment of automation and digitization solutions across Nike’s manufacturing operations.\nCollaborate with the Principal Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to align team initiatives with Nike’s strategic roadmap for technological innovation in manufacturing.\nDrive the adoption of advance technologies, including robotics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things (IoT), to create a smart manufacturing environment.\nOversee the development of automation frameworks and standards that ensure consistency, reliability, and scalability of automated systems.\nConduct technical assessments and feasibility studies for new automation and digitization projects, providing data-driven recommendations.\nFacilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of advanced capabilities into product and process design.\nEstablish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of automation and digitization initiatives and their impact on manufacturing performance.\nWhat You Bring:\nA minimum of 5 years of experience in Advanced Manufacturing, with a strong focus on Automation and Digitization.\nProficiency in GSD and background in factory capacity planning & management.\nProven leadership in managing engineering teams and guiding the development of complex automation projects.\nExpertise in automation technologies, software development for manufacturing systems, and experience with digitization initiatives.\nA bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field;
