As a Lead Brand Business Planner, you will play a meaningful role in defining, crafting and setting consumer demand. You will be responsible for defining and leading multi-season sales trend, revenue, receipt and inventory plans for Kids sports FW and partner with Brand teams to serve consumer demand.\nYou can build hypothesis & data driven analysis, translating insights into action through problem solving and critical thinking skills. You possess a deep understanding of consumer, marketplace, product and inventory planning with actions that are grounded in qualitative research, data and insights to support your view. You are a great collaborator who proactively builds positive relationships across the organization with both upstream and downstream functions. You will set long range financial plans based on consumer demand and Sport strategies as well as reconcile assortment plans with operating plans to align to Sport architecture. Your top-down financial targets will inform franchise/style plans, financial forecasts and end-to-end inventory forecasts, including liquidation plans both within and across Geos and Sport.
