You will report to a Director/Senior Director of Product Management and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align vision, define priorities, and deliver meaningful business outcomes.\nWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR\nWe are seeking a strategic yet hands-on Lead Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of product vision, technical depth, and stakeholder alignment. You bring a data-driven mindset, strong product execution skills, and the ability to simplify complex problems into clear product decisions. You excel at balancing long-term strategic vision with day-to-day execution, synthesizing insights, leading cross-functional teams, and communicating clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.\nQualifications\n- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. MBA preferred.\n- 5+ years of product management experience (web/mobile/enterprise platforms preferred)\n- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities\n- Experience in Agile delivery models and iterative development\n- Strong understanding of technology architectures, APIs, and platforms\n- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills\n- Team-first mindset with willingness to roll up sleeves\nPreferred:\n- Experience in consumer, retail, footwear, apparel, or digital product creation ecosystems\n- Background in platform product management\n- Experience managing executive communications or business presentations\nWHAT YOU WILL WORK ON\nAs a Lead PM in CP&I, you will own the roadmap and lifecycle of key platform or product capabilities that power Nike’s global product creation ecosystem.
