You bring a data-driven mindset, strong product execution skills, and the ability to simplify complex problems into clear product decisions. You excel at balancing long-term strategic vision with day-to-day execution, synthesizing insights, leading cross-functional teams, and communicating clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.\nQualifications\n- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. MBA preferred.\n- 7+ years of technical product management experience (data analytical environments and enterprise platforms preferred)\n- Critical analysis skills and the ability to drive the compliancy requirements\n- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities\n- Experience in Agile delivery models and iterative development\n- Strong understanding of technology architectures, APIs, data analytical environments and platforms\n- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills\n- Ability to develop and drive multi-year roadmaps\n- Team-first mindset with willingness to roll up sleeves\nPreferred:\n- Experience in data governance, digital and platform ecosystems\n- Background in Data Compliance technical product management\n- Experience managing executive communications or business presentations\nWHAT YOU’LL WORK ON\n- You will define and communicate the vision and roadmap for enterprise data compliance products that supports Nike's Global Privacy initiatives\n- You will lead portfolio-level prioritization with legal, business and technology leaders-balancing demand, risk, cost, and capability-and drive decisions to clear commitments\n- You will translate strategic intent into phased delivery plans, success metrics, and well-scoped backlogs\n- You will mentor and develop TPMs and senior engineers on delivery execution, stakeholder engagement, and program governance\n- You will partner with the Legal Team on the Global Privacy initiatives ensuring compliance with Global and Geo Privacy requirements\n- You will establish program health metrics, release readiness criteria, and escalation paths so teams deliver predictably across regions\n- You will anticipate regulatory, audit, and operational needs (e.g., CCPA, GDPR, DPA, PIPA) and embed them in roadmap planning\nWe offer a number of accommodations to complete our interview process including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible and single location for in-person interviews, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications as needed.
