The ideal candidate brings strong technical maintenance expertise combined with proven coaching and leadership capabilities.\nRequirements:\nTechnical degree, skilled trades certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience\n7+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment\n3+ years of experience leading or coaching maintenance teams\nStrong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems\nExperience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and maintenance planning processes\nKnowledge of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and reliability principles\nUnderstanding of labor practices and employee relations fundamentals\nExperience conducting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCertified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification\nState trade license or equivalent technical certification\nTPM (Total Productive Maintenance) certification\nExperience using SAP CMMS, PEGA, and related maintenance systems\nWHAT YOU'LL WORK ON\nAs the Maintenance Team Coach, you will lead daily maintenance execution on the designated shift while ensuring the highest standards of safety, equipment reliability, and team performance. You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, prioritizing work based on production requirements, and developing a high-performing team capable of supporting the evolving needs of Air Manufacturing Innovation.\nKey responsibilities include:\nLead maintenance teams in the execution of preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities\nEnsure compliance with all safety, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), permit, and regulatory requirements\nPrioritize maintenance work based on production schedules, operational risks, and business priorities\nCoordinate maintenance handoffs and communicate equipment status and critical updates to Production Leadership\nDrive equipment reliability improvements through effective maintenance planning and execution\nDevelop team capability through coaching, training plans, skill matrices, and performance management\nFoster a culture of accountability, engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement\nSupport troubleshooting and rapid response efforts to minimize downtime and improve operational performance\nLead safety investigations, corrective actions, and risk reduction initiatives\nEnsure completion of required technical, safety, and compliance training across the maintenance team\nMonitor maintenance performance metrics and drive actions to improve results\nThis
