We want someone with a background in software engineering and someone who has a background in modern software delivery principles/philosophies. The ideal candidate would also have a background in cloud native architecture and microservice design.\nWHAT YOU’LL WORK ON\nYou will be part of a leading a team of engineers building out tooling for our internal Consumer Product & Innovation team members. We are investing in building modular, configurable and “API-First” capabilities which will be consumed by modern web applications build with the most recent SPA frameworks. You are expected to help coordinate with other teams and provide guidance and coaching for your team. Your primary job is to build a collaborative culture on the team and empower your team to solve problems quickly.\nExperience leading teams in a highly collaborative environment\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Information Systems, or similar field or relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree\n\n10+ years’ experience in technology & software engineering roles\n\nSignificant experience in software engineering, demonstrable knowledge of the set of roles, skills, activities, practices, tools, and deliverables applied at every phase of the software lifecycle\n\nExperience with cloud architecture, infrastructure as code, CI/CD and related tools.\n\nExperience with AWS platform including Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, S3\n\nExperience with implementing and integrating AI, Machine Learning and related data solutions preferred.\n\nStrong understanding of architectural design patterns and computer-science fundamentals\n\nMust have knowledge and/or Experience of open-source technologies and impact of make/buy decisions in the area of data movement, enrichment, workflow, orchestration, and content management.\n\nMust be able to articulate and/or have experience with integration patterns, data movement and enrichment capabilities.\n\nMust have an understanding of enterprise security and privacy requirements associated with the above technologies.\n\nProven experience collaborating on latest technologies with Engineers and Architects.\n\nExtensive background in working with business partners\n\nProven track record of being results oriented with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals.\n\nProven communication and facilitation skills.\n\nExperience with Agile software development methodology.\n\nMust excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with
