They build trusted cross-functional relationships, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and balance financial stewardship, compliance, and business partnership with accuracy and integrity. A continuous improvement mindset and interest in process optimization and automation are essential. They also demonstrate sound judgment, attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to prioritize effectively while managing multiple deadlines.\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\nAt least 3 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, business analytics, or finance operations.\nStrong knowledge of financial reporting, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-support capabilities.\nA continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency.\nWHAT YOU’LL WORK ON\nYou will support accurate and timely financial reporting, statutory and tax compliance, and effective internal controls for Nike Korea PMO.
