We want someone with a\nbackground in software engineering who has experience in the delivery of visual output, whether\nit be games, film, simulation, or equivalent expertise.\nExperience leading teams in a highly matrixed environment.\n3 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.\nBachelor's degree in computer science or related field. Will accept any suitable\ncombination of education, experience, and training.\n7+ years’ experience in technology & software engineering roles.\n7+ years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java, JavaScript).\nExtensive expertise in computer graphics or visual mediums.\nExperience with 3D tools (Adobe Substance 3D, Blender, Unreal, Unity), visualization, game development or expertise in visual content hosting, distribution, viewing (images, video).\nExperience developing tools for artists or creators.\nExperience working in cross-functional domains.\nExperience driving process improvement within the Agile development framework.\nExperience with CI/CD software deployment process.\nMust excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on the ability to collaborate with others.\nWHAT YOU’LL WORK ON\nYou will be part of a leading a team of engineers building out tooling for our Enterprise facing\napplications that are part of Nike’s Design domain.
