You bring a strong engineering foundation, expertise in financial close and reconciliation processes, and a collaborative mindset that enables you to deliver scalable solutions that drive business value.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise applications and business systems.\nHands-on experience implementing or supporting BlackLine Financial Close Management solutions, including Account Reconciliations, Transaction Matching, Journal Entry, and Task Management.\nStrong understanding of financial close, account reconciliation, journal entry management, balance sheet integrity, and month-end close processes.\nExperience automating and optimizing accounting and finance processes to improve efficiency, control, compliance, and visibility.\nExperience supporting SOX-compliant controls, audit requirements, and financial governance processes.\nExperience partnering with Finance, Accounting, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, business-focused solutions.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.\nExperience working in Agile product teams and DevOps environments.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across technical and business stakeholders.\nBlackLine Implementation Consultant certification or equivalent platform expertise.\nExperience with SAP, S/4HANA, or other enterprise ERP platforms.\nExperience supporting financial transformation initiatives involving close automation, reconciliation automation, or process optimization.\nExperience working in a large, global, matrixed organization.\nStrong understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.\nExperience supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.\nUnderstanding of accounting controls, audit requirements, and financial governance.\nAbility to translate accounting and finance requirements into scalable BlackLine solutions.\nAbility to partner with Accounting, Controllership, Internal Controls, Audit, Product, and Technology teams to drive solution adoption and process standardization.\nYou are a self-starter world-class Finance organization.\nWHAT YOU’LL WORK ON\nAs a Software Engineer III, you will help drive Nike’s financial transformation by delivering and supporting BlackLine solutions that automate, standardize, and optimize financial close processes.\nIn this role, you will:\nLead the configuration, implementation, enhancement, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of BlackLine Financial Close Management solutions, including Account Reconciliations, Transaction Matching, Journal Entry, and Task Management.\nPartner with Finance, Accounting, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and control.\nAutomate and streamline financial close, reconciliation, and compliance processes across Nike’s global operations.\nSupport and enhance integrations between BlackLine, SAP, and other enterprise platforms to ensure reliable financial data and processes.\nDrive continuous improvements that simplify user experiences, reduce manual effort, and strengthen SOX-compliant controls.\nContribute to solution design, platform stability, operational excellence, and long-term technology roadmaps.\nCollaborate within Agile product teams to deliver high-quality solutions and exceptional stakeholder
